It’s Networking Time again!

The San Diego Chapter of the Elite SDVOB Network would like to invite you to our next meeting on Tuesday morning, March 6, 2018.  We meet at the Veterans Museum on 2115 Park Blvd., across from Balboa Park.  Note that the meeting time has been moved by 15 minutes to allow for additional parking to open up.  Meeting time is from 9:15AM – 10:30 AM.

Our mission statement is Helping Other “Vets” Help Themselves.  We assist Service Disabled Veterans with networking and opening doors to new business with government and corporate America.  Come and join us and see what’s new and what is on-going for service disabled veterans in 2018.

Do you know what the new tax law has in store for you and your business?  Our March speaker will be our Chapter Treasurer, Marilyn Bessler, CPA who will present a round-table discussion on the new tax law and what it could mean to you and your business.

In addition, as I am sure that you are all aware, the 2018 National Convention will be held here in San Diego.  As the host Chapter, we have made a special arrangement with National.  As part of our monthly meeting until the convention, the San Diego Chapter will draw one business card a month from a Service-Disabled business at the meeting and provide that business with one free attendance to the National Convention.  The small print: You must represent a Service-Disabled business and place your business card in the bowl prior to the end of the meeting.  The drawing will be at the end of the meeting and you must be present to win.  Only one free attendance per business.  Members of the Elite National Board and the Chapter President are not-eligible.

Come to the meeting and introduce yourself and your company.  There may be another company there that would like to partner with you on one of these contracts.  This is what networking is all about!

The Elite SDVOB Network is a 501(c)(19) nonprofit organization.  Our sponsors include utilities, financial, pharmaceutical, insurance, federal, state, and local government organizations, as well as many from the private sector.

Our Sponsors

The San Diego Chapter would like to extend a specialthank you to San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) for their sponsorship of our Monthly Chapter Meeting space at the Veterans Museum. Additionally, we’d like to thank all of our sponsors for their continued support of the Elite and the San Diego Chapter. Without their contributions and dedicated support, we would not be able to help so many San Diego Veterans.
